He is survived by: his siblings, Ricky Marks (Sharon) of Mount Hermon, LA, Louis Marks (Eva) of Houston, TX, Keith Marks (Shonta) of Fresno, TX, Willinda Burkhalter of Missouri City, TX and Alisa Marks of Houston, TX; his nephews, Ricky O. Marks of Mount Hermon, LA and Joshua Marks (Willisha) of Bogalusa, LA; his brother-in-law Reginald Shanks; his niece Jennifer Shanks of Missouri City, TX; his grandmother Mattie Shanks of Franklinton, LA; his aunt Essie M. Foster of Houston, TX; his friends, Bennie Paul Tate of Franklinton, LA and Erskine Wilson of Franklinton, LA; his close friend Cedric Dawson of Chicago, IL; and his cousin Jonathan Magee of Missouri City, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Crain and Sons Funeral Home (2000 Washington St, Franklinton, LA 70438). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
