With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Roger Berthelot of French Settlement, Louisiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, McCoy Berthelot and Nora Berthelot; his brothers, Oscar and Alvin "Pat" Berthelot; his mother-in-law Alice "Bernice" Wells; and his siblings-in-law, Bruce, Joyce Gordon, Norman and Maythel Guitreau.

He is survived by: his wife June; his daughters, Laquita Phillips (Bill), Tonya Williams (Mark), Kimberly Berthelot and Candace Bennett (Todd); his grandchildren, Jaclyn Klapperich, Megan Rachel, Tyler Williams, Connor Bennett and Zane Bennett; his great grandchildren, Alice, Alex, Wesley, Audrey, Evan, Emmett and Judah; his siblings, Ethel Lobell (Jerry) and Carl Berthelot (Jinx); and his brother-in-law Joseph Ray Guitreau (Dixie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
