She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Carter; her grandchildren, Nicole Melton (Brandon) and Mark Carter; her great grandchildren, Baylor, Emmalee Melton, Brayden and Paisley Carter; and her sister Lucille Binning. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
