He was predeceased by : his wife Bernice Terrebonne Cheramie; his parents, Oris Cheramie and Fredia "Bada" Cheramie; his stepdaughter Kathy Billiot (Sevin); his brother-in-law Rexie L. Renfrow; his nephew Rexie Renfrow Jr.; and his great-nephew Michael John Worlow.
He is survived by : his stepsons, TJ (Ellen), Marty (Vivian) and Nicky Sevin (Dixie); and his siblings, Louverda Renfrow, Rita Pennisi, Oris Jay Jr. (Willie) and James Zoe Cheramie (Sonya).
In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to help with funeral expenses.
