She is survived by: her husband Earl J. Plaisance; her son Tobie Plaisance; and her siblings, Russell Cheramie, Clarence "Pank" Cheramie Jr. and Willa Mae C. Rodriguez. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
