He was predeceased by : his parents, Norbert Collins and Austreda Anselmi Collins; and his brother Ronald Collins. He is survived by : his wife Stephanie C. Collins; his children, Shannon Collins, Dawn Folse (Richard) and Torri Collins-Cannon (Daniel); his grandchildren, Talon Collins, James Turner, Riley Folse, Jackson Folse and Everett Cannon; his great grandchild Lucas Turner; and his sister Mona Collins.
