He was predeceased by: his father Terry P. Perez, Sr. (Terry); and his pets, Angel and Tootie. He is survived by: his mother Loretta R. Perez; his brother Todd Perez (Mary); and his nieces and nephews, Josh Perez (Misty), Mark Perez (Kelsy), Tommy Perez, Izzie Kieffe and Sopie Kieffe.
