He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Davaine Sr. and Irene Ledet Davaine; and his brother Ernest Davaine. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Dominique Davaine; his daughters, Claudette Baye (Lance) and Celeste Battaglia (Jeff); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Anthony Battaglia, Brenna, Braden and Brooke Baye; and his siblings, Edward Davaine Jr., Emile Davaine, Ives Davaine, Nolan Davaine, Norman Davaine, Edwin Davaine and Helen Davaine.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony Catholic Church - Gheens (1701 LA-654, Gheens, LA 70355). A Mass will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Holy Savior Cemetery (612 Main St, Lockport, LA 70374).
