He is survived by: his wife Sharon Moore Griffin; his children, Amber Maryann Griffin Thibodaux (Kyle) and Ernest "Bubba" Joseph Griffin Jr.; his parents, Whitney Griffin and Henrietta Matherne Griffin; and his siblings, Whitney Griffin III (Tory) and Amanda Griffin Rivet (Dray). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a great niece.
