She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Taylor and Bertie Taylor (James Thomas Grubbs); her daughter Virginia Layne Clark; and her brother George Taylor. She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Pierron (Bill); her grandchildren, Katie Pierron, John Pierron (Charlotte), Alex Pierron (Tracy), Amanda Wilson (Mack McDaniel), Kim Rigdon (Eric) and Sherry Ali; her great grandchildren, Alexis Rigdon, Elijah, Jaxon, Izaiah Terry, Zoe Pierron, Ben Pierron and Mya Ali; her great great grandchild Mylan Rigdon; her sister Shirley Welch; and her son-in-law Aaron Clark. She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Mount Lebanon Baptist Church (12847 LA-154, Gibsland, LA 71028). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 10:15 AM to 11:15 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM at the Mount Lebanon Cemetery (12475 LA-154, Gibsland, LA 71028).
