She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Welch and Marie Welch; her husband Bruce "Speck" Bailey; her sons, Bo Bailey, Greg Bailey and Steve Bailey; and her daughter-in-law Kim Bailey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy (Jackie Hays), Vicki (Terry Martin) and Dana Bailey (Harlan Boutwell); her daughter-in-law Pam Bailey; her sister Dixie Kimball; and her sister-in-law Virginia Welch. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren; and eight great-great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews.
