It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lili Boyd Nettles of Gilbert, Louisiana, born in Natchez, Mississippi, who passed away on March 29, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Percy Wayne Nettles; and her brothers, Shelby Chandler Boyd and Benjamin Edwin Boyd. She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Kelly (Buddy), Clay Nettles and Nancy Moroni (John "Bird"); her grandchildren, Amanda Middleton (Daniel), Blake Kelly, Montana Adkinson (Daniel), Luke Moroni (Samantha) and Chad Nettles; her great grandchildren, Isabella, Bonnie Renee, Keithen, Hailey, Kaleb, River and Alyda Jo; her brothers, Earcel Milton Boyd Jr. "Sunny", Leland Sydney Boyd (Judy) and Thomas Jefferson Boyd (Sandra); her sister-in-law Sandra Nettles; her niece Janis Wisner; and her close friend Charlie Boy Roberts. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
