He was predeceased by: his daughter Christiane Winn; his parents, James Winn and Odile Winn; and his sister Cindy Ashworth. He is survived by: his children, Lezeme Winn (Jessica) of Star City, Arkansas and Natasha Locke (Dewayne) of Hineston; his brothers, Bill Winn (Vernie) of Oakdale and Henry Winn of Elizabeth; and his grandchildren, Jacob Rollins, Gage Doyle, Devin Locke, Parker Winn, Jack Winn, Courtney Bynog, Jessi Bolton and Mattie Winn. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Bethel Baptist Church (1769 LA-462, Glenmora, LA 71433). A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
