It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gayla Vaughn of Glenmora, Louisiana, who passed away on April 6, 2026, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tim Kuehn and Cecilia Shumate; her stepfather Wayne Shumate; her husband Randy Vaughn; and her sons, Robert Smith, Brandon Stokes and Anthony Vaughn.
She is survived by: her children, Shannon Dominguez of Oklahoma, Shane Stokes (Stephanie) of Elmer, Fallon Stokes (Jerry) of Glenmora and Chyann Bosnick (Johnathan) of Glenmora; and her grandchildren, Matthew Dominguez of Arkansas, Anthony Dominguez of Arkansas, Eric Dominguez of Arkansas, Tiffany Dominguez of Arkansas, Teresa Dominguez of Arkansas, Matthew Stokes of Elmer, Shane Stokes, Jr. of Elmer, Dylan Stokes of Elmer, Cassie Stokes of Ball, Alisa Stokes of Flatwoods, Brandon Stokes, Jr. of Washington State, Phoenix Stokes of Washington State, Amaya Ware of Arkansas, Hunter Durison of Glenmora, Gabriel Vaughn, Michael Vaughn of Glenmora, Luke Vaughn of Boyce, Ian Vaughn of Port Arthur and Harley Bosnick of Glenmora. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
