She was predeceased by: her husband Julius Ceasar Perkins; her son Charles Perkins; her parents, Vernon Johnson and Edith Johnson; her siblings, Robbie Johnson, Wayne Johnson, Ronald Johnson and Connie Ruth Taylor; and her granddaughter Janice Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Floyd Ray Perkins (Pam) of Glenmora and Judy Funck (David) of Deridder; and her sister Gloria Johnson of Lake Charles. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; and twelve great-great grandchildren.
