He is survived by: his wife Wanda McDaniel Perkins of Plainview; his children, Donald Lynn Perkins (Lauren) of Plainview, Tiffany Perkins (Trent) of Elizabeth and Latoya Willis (Trey) of Plainview; his siblings, Jesse Gonzales (Jeroma) of Mittie, John Wayne Perkins (Tina) of Oakdale, Loretta Guimbellot of Kinder and Katrina Taylor of Oakdale; and his grandchildren, Kragen Perkins, Harlie Perkins, Sadie Perkins, Riker Perkins, River Willis, Cadyn Perkins and Kiptyn Willis.
