He was predeceased by: his wife Ethel Sandras Williams; his grandchildren, Chelsey and Bethany; his parents, Walter Williams and Genesta Williams; and his siblings, Herman, Earline and Priscilla.
He is survived by: his children, Stuart Williams (Loretto), Kevin Williams, Chetley Williams, Ed Williams (Toni) and Tanya Lasseigne (Johnny); his grandchildren, Mathew, Cody, Brad, Garret, Brian Williams, Lindsay Falgout, Drue Beloso, Justin, Joby and Maddie Lasseigne; and his stepgrandchildren, Craig Leblanc and Tissie Blanchard. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery (723 N Bayou Dr, Golden Meadow, LA 70357). The military honors was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 10:15 AM to 10:45 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
