She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Alexis Sr.; and her parents, Alvin Lambert Sr. and Emily Oubre Lambert. She is survived by: her children, Arlene Alexis Brown (Scott) and Jerry "Jay" Alexis Jr. (Deirdre); her sisters, Ruth Cardinale, Pat Gonzales and Marie Lambert; her grandchildren, Dale Williams (Celeste), Dexter Rousseau (Melissa), Arlan Brown (Bailee) and Blair Alexis Harris (Grant); and her great grandchildren, Sophia Brown, Jonah Brown, Thea Brown, Harris Williams and Lucas Pourciau.
