As Bernard departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Bernard may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Bernard leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Babin Gautreau and Alcide Gautreau. He is survived by: his wife Betty Villar Gautreau; his children, Tammy Cuvillier, Cindy Desjardins and Brent Gautreau; and his grandchildren, Brandon Prettelt, Maegan DeLaune, Justin Lanoux and Kinsey Gautreau. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
