She is survived by: her husband Bill Powell; her son Brad Powell (Tena); her grandchildren, Christena Brignac (Andrew), Patricia Day (Scott) and Kirk Powell (Magen); her great grandchildren, Kyla B. Millet (Austen), Sergeant Cullen DeArmond (Ilene), Lexi Brignac, Alyssa Powell and Paisley Powell; and her nieces, Shirley Howell and Pam Hart (David).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
