He is survived by: his wife Margaret Temple Usry; his children, Jan Smith (Tommy) of Prairieville, LA, Theresa Mathews (Michael) of Walker, Terry Usry (Melanie) of Gonzales and Mark Usry (Wendy) of Orange Beach, AL; his brother Henry "Jerry" Usry (Dianne) of Fairbanks, AK; and his grandchildren, Dustin Smith (Jonte), Lindsey Gueho (Ross), Stephanie Decoteau (Scott), Eric Mathews (Paige), Chris Usry (Devin), Amanda Russell (Nick), Brian Mathews (Amanda), Lauren Smith (Dillon), Ryan Usry (Callie), Noah Usry (Jessica) and Daniel Usry (Kylie). He is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren.
