He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Rena Cook Ballenger (Chris); his grandchildren, Christopher Macaluso (Teresa), Dustin Duplessis and Tiffany Duplessis; his son Marc Allen Cook (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Destiny and Colin Cook; his daughter Lissa Gale Cook Young; his great grandchildren, Taddum, Traeton, Madison Duplessis, Haley, Caleb, Matthew, Jude Macaluso and Kinsley Prejeant; his sister Peggy Humphries of Atlanta, TX; his sisters-in-law, Glenda Wall Dayton of Austin, TX and Connie Holder (David Holder) of Atlanta, TX.; and his wife Dorothy Lee Wall Cook. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
