He is survived by: his children, Devlon Tyrell Scott, Dana Scott Jones (David Jones) and Ferando Smith; his grandsons, Damian William Jones, Darian DeAndre Jones and Darryl Micah Jones (Berniya Jones); his great grandchild Nova Elise Jones; and his partner Berendah Walton.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hambrick Family Mortuary (808 W Worthey St, Gonzales, LA 70737). A burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at the Bethel Baptist Church (5651 Martin Luther King Pkwy, St Gabriel, LA 70776).
