He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francisca "Maria" Rodriguez Sanabria and Juan Navarro (Puerto Rican); his pet Daisy; his wife Ashlee Hanson Navarro; his family, Candise Whitlock, Samantha Navarro (Donnie), Johnny Navarro Jr. and Olivia Navarro; his siblings, Carmelo Navarro (Anna) and Maria "Lula" Navarro; his mother-in-law Ruth Hanson; his sister-in-law Bethe Decoteau (Mattie); his brothers, Raul Navarro and Jamie Navarro; his father-in-law Harry Hanson Jr.; his brother-in-law Brent Hanson; Luis Sanabria.

A wake will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ourso Funeral Home (13533 Airline Hwy, Gonzales, LA 70737). Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Theresa of Avila Catholic Church (1022 N Burnside Ave, Gonzales, LA 70737). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
