He is survived by: his wife Rolane T. Clement; his children, Joseph "Joey" Clement Jr. (Donna), Janet Clement Poole (late Robert), Roland Clement (Raelynn) and Ronnie Clement (Amber); and his brother George Clement. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Theresa of Avila Catholic Church (1022 N Burnside Ave, Gonzales, LA 70737). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
