Visitation was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (6613 LA-18, St James, LA 70086). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. During the height of the COVID pandemic, he even traveled to Shreveport to be there—virtually—as his grandson, Jay, received his white coat.
