He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. LaBauve Sr. and Marie Arbour LaBauve; his wife Molly Jean Lockwood LaBauve; his daughter Beverly Jean LaBauve (Denise S. LaBauve); and his siblings, Marie Stagg, Juanita Mattingly, Winnifred Landry and Thomas Wilfred LaBauve.

He is survived by: his brother John A. LaBauve Jr.; his grandchildren, Jacob Wayne LaBauve, Claire Marie Sanders (Logan), Houston Brock Creel and Carson Fisher Creel; and his great grandchildren, Heath Roman and Harrison Arbour Sanders.
