He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Debby" Qualls Smith; his children, Traci Smith McCorkle (Chip), Perry Jeff Smith, III (Shanon) and Staci Smith; his grandchildren, Morgan, Ryan, Lexi, Samuel, Kathryn (Caleb) and Kain; his great grandchildren, Daxtyn and Rhemi; and his sister Vickie June Smith (family: Patsy, Rebecca, Elizabeth, Trey). He is also survived by her family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ourso Funeral Home (13533 Airline Hwy, Gonzales, LA 70737). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
