She is survived by: her mother Betty Samuels; her husband Jerry Smith Sr.; her children, Kylee Allen, Troy Samuels and Davin Allen (Heather); her grandchildren, Symphany Samuels, Sierra Samuels, Kaiden Osbourne, Bryce Allen, Gavan Allen, Mychal Allen and Saint Samuels; her sisters, Stacey Cole (Stacy) and Lisa Samuels; and her niece Camille Cole. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
