He was predeceased by: his mother Marleen Dukaric; and his mother-in-law Carol Jenks. He is survived by: his wife Romi Jenks Dukaric; his children, Kade Christopher and Quin Simone; his grandchild Ivory Ash; his father Ferdinand "Duke" Dukaric; his stepmother Nevon Dukaric; his sisters, Suzanne Taylor (Kevin), Kimberly Heard, Michele Dukaric (Trent), Angela Page (Phil) and Brandy McIntire; his father-in-law John Jenks, Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Amy Jenks, Trae and Jody Jenks. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and a host of lifelong friends.
