He is survived by: his children, Ricky Washington (Thira), Allen Harris Jr. and Draper Scott Rousell; his grandchildren, Tyler Steib, Reagan, Raniyah, Rashad Washington and Bri'Ni Danette Narcisse; his great grandchild Ta'Lani Jones; his goddaughters, Chelsea Lynn Demba and Melinda Armant; his godmother Catherine Williams; his siblings, Wilbert Harris Jr. (Rose), Betty Perkins, Joan Harris Palmer and Rosa Price; his niece Mildred Garnet; and his sister-in-law Joyce Harris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
