She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence "Nu Nu" Bourgeois; her son Drake Bourgeois (Millie); her granddaughter Cherie Bourgeois; her siblings, Newton "Tanee", Morris "Buck" of Alcee, Melvin "Ying", Wayne, Enola Brignac, Gladys Louque and Eunice Poche; and her parents, Louise Martin Louque and Alcee Louque.
She is survived by: her children, Derald Bourgeois (Nancy), Brian "Cookie" Bourgeois (Linda Granier) and Darlene Bourgeois Faucheux (Bobby). She is also survived by mother, and grandmother whose love for her family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (616 E Main St, Gramercy, LA 70052). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
