She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Jonique Jones and Jaleel Steib (Kashia); her grandsons, Cayden Jones, Kaydon Steib and Jireh Steib; her siblings, Gwendolyn Jones (Cyril Green), Audrey Temple (Ulysses) of St. James, LA, Yolanda Picou (Jerome, Sr.), Charlene Dumas of Convent, LA, Gregory Jones (Renee) of Edgard, LA, Rodney Jones (Barbara) of Gonzales, LA and Jacobie Jones (Brigett) of Gonzales, LA; her sister-in-law Brenda Jones of Baton Rouge, LA.; her parents, Herbert Sr. Jones and Dolores Jones; her siblings, Jacquelyn Jones and Herbert Jones Jr.; her nephew Jarell Jones; her grandparents, Alex Sr., Emily Jones and Mary Joseph; her aunts and uncles, Hattie Mae Jones, Sharon Morton, Clifton, Alvin and Aaron Joseph; and her brother-in-law Elton Dumas.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church (8969 LA-18, St James, LA 70086). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Life Funeral Services (315 E Airline Hwy, Gramercy, LA 70052).
