He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel C. McGuin and Delores Verret McGuin; his children, Craig, Keith McGuin and Rona McGuin; and his siblings, Lois McGuin Gautier (Dee), Patrick C McGuin, Warren H. McGuin and Gilbert J. McGuin.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Johnson McGuin; his children, Robin Johnson and Karen Howard of Gray, LA; his brothers, Carl L. McGuin (Janice), Leo S. McGuin (Christine) and Stanley R. McGuin of Gray, LA; and his close friend Samuel Howard. He is also survived by three grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
