He was predeceased by: his parents, Ephiram Cecil Kelly and Louise Varnell Kelly; his brothers, Cecil Glen Kelly and Randy Frank Kelly; his nephew Randy Dewayne Kelly; and his pets, Ditto, Dee-Dee and Todo.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy McMullen Kelly; his son Terry Wayne Kelly (Chyan); his sister Peggy Kelly; and his grandchildren, Amanda Kelly, Rowdy Kelly, Haley Kelly and Ellie Mae Kelly.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 424 Mecon, Grayson, LA 71435. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 1:15 PM to 1:30 PM at the Welcome Home Cemetery (4805 LA-126, Grayson, LA 71435).
