She is survived by: her husband Waylon Glenn Hendrix; her parents-in-law, Edmon Glenn Hendrix (Carla) and Ruby Roberts (Jeff); her mother Kim Boyles (Hank); her grandfather Frank Carroll; her children, Chase Carroll (Lexi), Caden Tyson and Macey Carroll; her brothers-in-law, Brandon Spangler and Bo Smith; and her granddaughters, Destiny, Logan Rae, Laitlyn Blake and Chastyn Nicole Carroll.

It should be noted that Kim's Family made the loving decision to donate her organs to those who were awaiting organ transplants.
