She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Rushing and Doy Black Rushing. She is survived by: her husband Thomas A. "Tommy" Parker; her son Matt Parker (Bryon Taylor); and her brother Eugene Rushing (Cindy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and step nieces and nephews.
