She was predeceased by : her parents, John Louis Chaplain and Margueritte Alice Bush Chaplain; and her aunt Lois Miller. She is survived by : her brother John Elvin Chaplain (Stephanie); her nephews, Craig and Jeremiah Chaplain; her niece April Chaplain; her uncle Randy Bush; and her cousins, Ginger Hutto, Andrew Miller, Janet Tycer Lee, Cindy Tiek, Stacey Morales and Bob Bush.
