He is survived by: his wife Heather Chemin; his children, Kristina Bales (Ryan), Dina Sims (Britt), Cory Chemin (Belinda), Bryan Chemin (Tracie) and Brian Leake; his grandchildren, Shooter Chemin, Maddyx Bales, Gavin Bales, Blake Chemin, Lauren Chemin, Ryan Heflin (Jordan), Kaley Wolf (Matthew), Sara Sims, Brianna VanZanten (Andre), Brittany Leake, Brooke Leake, Zack Leake and Brody Leake; and his great grandchildren, Sawyer Heflin, Hudson Heflin, Beckham Wolf, Noah Wolf and Coen VanZanten.
