He is survived by: his children, Tana James (Eric, Sr.), Aldon Hugh James, Jr., Mirandala Lemon (Lorenzo) and Kiljuana Bouie; his grandchildren, Darius Evans, Erica Wills, Tanneka James, Eric James, Jr., Aldon Hugh James III, Alasia Hailey James, Kamron Nolan, McKayla Nolan, Kori Lundsey, Lorenzo Carto, Jose Carto, Jordan Carto and Anaya Carto; his great grandchildren, Bella Noied and Danta Wills, Jr.; his sisters, Marian Steib and Marva Magee (Lavoise); and his friend Tyrone Armstead. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, church family, friends.
