It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amy Demoras (Gretna, Louisiana), who passed away on February 24, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Amy Demoras to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Henderberg and Rowland Henderberg. She is survived by: her children, Michael R. Henderberg (Shanna), Sergio D. Reyes (Tracy) and Ruby L. Sokolowski (Rob); and her siblings, Charles Henderberg, Alice Palmer (Jim) and Mary Schoonover (Kevin). She is also survived by three grandchildren.

Due to Covid 19 restrictions, all guests are required to wear a facial covering /mask and social distancing will be implemented.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either Carmelites of the Immaculate Conception or Lourdes Volunteers of North America.

She had such a free spirit, she was my favorite cousin when I was wee little - she was pretty and always seemed to have a lot of energy. It was great spending time with her last year on the farm with Charlie, driving around, sharing meals, and catching up on news. She was so, so excited with the birth of Ruby and Rob's son. Praying comfort.”
