She was predeceased by: her parents, Solomon D. Signal and Irma Foster Signal; and her sisters, Evangelist Eleanor Conley, Rev. Gloria Gary and Min.
She is survived by: her children, Charles A. Ratcliff, Jr. and Kalethea L. Ratcliff; her granddaughters, Lynzi Andrea and Reagan Allison; and her siblings, Rev. Andrew Toney Jr. (Betty Toney) and Emmerrier Signal Oubre (Bruce Oubre).
