He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Rogers Scott, Sr. and Rose Lemieux Scott; his grandparents, Angelo, Edna Holmes Lemieux, Rogers Scott and Mathilda Scott Brown; his siblings, Allen Roger Scott, Sr., Olivia Scott, Carmella Jackson, Zachary Scott, Sr., Ryan K. Scott and Don Patrick Scott (Denise); and his nieces and nephews, Courtni Edna Allen and Jamal Ibn Scott.
He is survived by: his children, Azure Scott Brown (Clarence, Jr.), Carl Partick Scott, Jr. and Adored; his grandchildren, Carter, Coi, Caro Scott and Jeremiah Vincent; his siblings, Allen Rogers Scott, Sr. (Eula), Yolanda Scott George (Matthew), Ursula Scott Allen (Deacon Charles), Kermit Joseph Scott and Hester Scott; and his close friends, Willie Stipe and Jonathan "Baudean" Growe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
