He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Felix Morris and Moses Warren; his sister Penny Morris; and his daughter Kisha Stephens (Richard). He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Parks Warren; his children, Nijah Dawkins (Gerald), LaRhonda Purvis (George), Emanuel Jr. and Jasmine Warren; his siblings, Darrell Felix, Sr. (Jeanetta), Sylvia Holmes (Henry), Yvonne Phillips, Lathon Morris (Tynetta), George Parks, Jr. (Deborah), Alphonso Parks (Cindy) and Ernest Parks (Paula); and his uncle Jerry Warren. He is also survived by Thirteen grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, PHAmily, friends and former wife.
Due to COVID-19, the family requests that all attendees wear a face mask.
