He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank F. Culotta, Sr. and Geraldine McCrossen Culotta. He is survived by: his wife Nataliya; his daughters, Kimberly Culotta (Jason) and Kristi Culotta; his stepchildren, Olga Scott and Bogdan Zhabotin; his grandchildren, Jordan Andre' and Jackson Andre; his great grandchild Jace Andre; and his sisters, Karen Culotta Regan and Chermaine Culotta Cerniglia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
