She is survived by: her children, Cobey Napoleon, Corey Napoleon and Itoyna Napoleon; her siblings, Neldana Richard (Wayne, Sr.), Jamal Napoleon, Arnel Jones (Roland), Monique Napoleon and Isdore Willis, Jr.; her nibling Ikine Ricard; and her aunts, Joycelyn Fisher and Jennifer Noah (Alvin). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
