He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph White, Sr. and Albertha Prevost White; his siblings, Charles, Gwendolyn White and Bernadine Miles; his grandson James Jones; and his grandparents, Levi, Sadie Page Prevost, Charlie and Mary Porche White.
He is survived by: his children, James White, Jr. (Keione) and Jennifer White McKnight; and his siblings, Joseph, Jr., Napoleon, Roland White, Sadie W. Dennis, Betty W. Ray and Mary Ann Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
