Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Joyce Moncada Delo of Gretna, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away at the age of 94, on July 13, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph L. Moncada Sr. and Theresa Blank Moncada; her husband Stephen Delo; her son Daniel M Delo; her sisters, Carole M Perez and Vilma M. McLaughlin; and her sisters-in-law, Katherine Delo Carr (Ernest) and Helen Delo Band.

She is survived by: her children, Stephen M Delo Sr. (Ann) of Baton Rouge, LA, Denise A Delo and Gretchen J Delo; her brothers, Joseph Moncada Jr. (Georgia) of Sacramento, CA and Melvin Moncada (Linda) of Lacombe, LA.; her grandsons, Stephen Delo, Jr. (Shawnee), Matthew Delo (Cheyannne) and Christopher Delo; and her great grandchild Stephen Michael "Tripp" Delo, III.
