He is survived by: his wife Althea Washington Garcia; his children, Rosia Cahn, Valerie Garcia, Malcolm Garcia III, Parnell Garcia and Jonathan Garcia; and his siblings, Sylvia Smith, Rita Washington, Rosemary Jefferson, Gerald Garcia, Vanessa Lewis, Cheryl Garcia, Deborah Garcia and Oscar Garcia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
