He is survived by: his children, Vernon Millien, III, Johnell Millien (Rosalind), Lorraine Millien, Bridget Millien and Elaine Millien Miller (Andre); his siblings, Tony Millien, Stella Brown (Oliver, Sr.), Octover Southall (Maurice), Patricia Turner (Charles), Rachel Gallon (Linden) and Marie Millien; his aunt Rose Millien Nicholas; and his siblings-in-law, Iantha Gail Millien, Ledora Walker, Lillie Mae Blackmon, Grace Lang (Willie), Leona Causey, Mary Lee Smith, Shirley Joseph, Berda Smith and Eldridge Smith (Mary). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
